Our offices are manned 24 hours a day 365 days a year, so you will not have any problem trying to contact us with regards to queries or bookings. We are even open on Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years day.
Airport Pickups Meet and Greet
For our Gatwick airport to Royal Ascot transfers we have a meet and greet service. We also make sure you don't have to stress over your transfer if your flight is late, or if it lands early, as we make it our responsibility to check your arrival time. For your peace of mind our drivers wait outside the pick-up point 10 minutes before the proposed pick-up time, at no extra expense to you. Our driver enters the airport terminal as the flight lands and our price includes parking and waiting up to 40 minutes after the flight has landed for International clients at no cost, and 30 minutes for domestic clients at no cost. Our waiting time begins once the flight has landed. Our driver will meet you as you come out of the custom hall. They will be holding a board with Sky Travel Executives printed on it.

For payment please choose one of the following options, Cash, US Dollars, Euros, Credit Card, Paypal, Google Chackout. For payment on the day we only accept cash. Credit card payments must be made by prior arrangement.
